I found a packet of Italian Beef seasoning hidden in the cabinet. Got a beef roast out of the freezer and put it in the crockpot with about 6 cups of water. Left it on for 10 hours on low (1st hour on high), then I used up some noodles from the cabinet, cooked them part way on the stove, drained and then added them to the beef in the crockpot. I stirred it up and left if on for another 5 hours on low. YUM!! Ate that with some leftover veggies and tonight we are having it over baguettes (found those on the day old bread rack for $1.29.)
