I had the most wonderful gluten free pizza at a http://www.monicalspizza.com/ this week. I had bacon, green olives and extra sauce on the thin crust. The extra sauce really adds something when you can't do dairy, makes it really good. I ate 2 slices and took the rest home to freeze. I've since eaten more of it and it cooked up great in the microwave! I'm thinking Monicals will make a nice treat for me.
Have a wonderful week! And remember a week without God makes one weak!

ReplyDeleteWish I could eat spelt but with Celiac, it's a no-no here :O(
Have you cut out some wheat for health benefits? If so what benefits have you noticed? The one thing that I really miss is the dumplings from Cracker Barrel, if I could only reproduce those gluten free. I'm not even sure it's the taste, I think it's the texture of them, they are so homey and good.
