Gluten Free Halloween Candy Listing.....YEAH!

Stop on by Kit Kat Plus Celiac's blog and see the awesome list of Gluten Free candy options for Halloween! YUMMO!!! Just remember to check labels yourself to make sure that the company has not changed ingredients.

Now of course there is no corn free listing, so you will have to check that out too if you have allergies to corn.

We have been super busy around here, finishing up the TOS Review Crew year, got a couple of really cool reviews to share with you in the coming days! Spent a few days out of town and have some neat things to post about when life slows down.

If you have the time, please pray for our son, he has some interesting irons in the fire and needs covered in prayer. We will have more details to share the week of Nov 5. But until then we would covet your prayers for the Lord's will in his life. And that the Lord would comfort him in whatever His will is.

Love that the trees are turning and the weather is crisp. Almost time for Campfire school! LOVE THAT TIME OF YEAR.

Take care,

100 Gluten Free Lunch Ideas

We started school today and that got me thinking about lunches. We pack a lunch anytime we leave the house since it's hard to find corn free foods, gluten free is much easier now though, especially when you have great list from friends over at glutenfreeville.com.  Use this link to find 100 Gluten Free School Lunch Ideas.

These are also great ideas for adult on the go lunches! After looking at this list it helped spur some corn free ideas in my brain too. It's so easy to get into the same rut of eating the same stuff over and over again. I like to look around and see what is out there and make it corn free.

Had to get a little Star Wars in here for my son who is a big fan!

Post some lunch ideas that you frequent.

Enjoy your lunch!

On Your Mark, Get Set, Go!!

School is fast approaching and I wanted to give you one of my all time favorite websites for cooking during the school year  the Crockpot 365 blog.

The entire site is gluten free, but the recipes are for everyone!  Look under the Slow Cooking tab and click on Index for a listing of the recipes. She also gives a review along with reader comments after each recipe.
We love the  Baked Oatmeal, Chicken Teriyaki , Rotisserie-Style Chicken (this is WONDERFUL! and tastes like the expensive store bought). After I make this one I add about a cup or so of water to the chicken broth in the bottom of the crockpot and then I freeze it for later use YUM!
Check it out for easy meals during the school year.
